Payroll Specialist

Job Purpose:

Payroll Specialist is a project role involved in implementation of Workday TAB5.

• Participate in Workday TAB5 meetings
• Write the scripts and perform testing of payroll related scenarios
• Perform validation of payroll calculation and declaration for various absence types and time components
• Validate social security deductions based on absence types
• Control the pay slips in test environment and analyse the differences
• Cooperate with local HR teams, HR operations and global project team to understand the requirements
• Provide insight on French local rules for social security and tax regulations regarding payroll processing
• Test DSN and accruals process impacted by Workday TAB5 implementation

Dimensions:

• Temporary project role reporting to Payroll Manager Germany & France.
• Close collaboration with teams in local HR, Project HR, HR Ops.

Requirements:  

• Expert on French payroll with a very good knowledge on French legislation
• Strong experience on French payroll
• Knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll system is a plus
• Fluent in French is a must
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) is a plus
