The Role

What do we offer?

The Shell.ai Residency Programme is a two-year, immersive programme, which allows data scientist and AI engineers to gain experience working on a variety of exciting AI projects across all of Shell’s businesses, and play a key role in the energy transition, unlocking more, cleaner energy for all. Depending on internal demand and their specific expertise, AI residents will work on digital projects in areas such as subsurface and wells, asset management and customer centricity. The programme expects residents to spend a substantial part of their time on their technical development and allows them to benefit from our collaborations with leading universities and technology companies. After the programme, and based on performance, the resident may be encouraged to apply on an internal and permanent position.
