What’s the role?
As Portfolio Manager, your responsibilities include:
Responsible for the company's data project requirements analysis, solution design, technology selection design, ETL development and system integration design for the company's travel business, and support business data operation .
Responsible for the design and research and development of the company's travel business data center, including data governance, data modeling, data architecture, data management, data security, data operation and other technical fields, and establish flexible, efficient and easy-to-use data service capabilities .
In-depth understanding of data business, analysis of user needs, responsible for the research and accumulation, verification, application of data mining, AI modeling and other technologies, abstraction and optimization of data modeling
Coordinating various business lines and subsidiaries to sort out first-line business needs and customer needs, go deep into business scenarios, and design corresponding solutions.
Assisting the product manager to formulate a digital strategy and roadmap for data products; assist the project manager to formulate project plans and control project progress.
Participating in the specification and technical support of metadata management, data security, data quality monitoring, data privacy, etc.
Instructing and training team members to help improve the technical level of team members.
What we need from you
We are looking for professionals who have:
Computer-related major, bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of development work experience, familiar with at least 1 development language: Java, Python, Scala, familiar with common design patterns and application frameworks
Solid data analysis theory and technical foundation such as Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Pig, OpenStack Swift, Storm, JStorm, Spark, etc.; have actual project architecture experience
Familiarity with data warehouse model design, familiar with data modeling theory, and relevant experience in big data project implementation;
Familiarity with mainstream databases such as Oracle and MySql and common caching technologies; and familiar with distributed computing framework
Experience in design and construction of big data projects, data processing, data modeling, data monitoring, maintenance and tuning
Familiarity with data security requirements and security technical plan design
Good business understanding, communication and collaboration skills, have strong learning and summary skills, and be good at analyzing and solving problems
Experience in designing related application system architecture based on big data, artificial intelligence, etc. is preferred
Experience in public cloud architecture such as Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud is preferred
