Operator Blending

1. Be familiar with potential hazard in the workplace and how to mitigate the risk.

2. Carry out safe Blending operation in accordance with roles described in GSAP/Streamline to meet approved quality standards.

3. Blend consistent with Lubricants Quality Systems (LQS) and ISO standards.

4. Apply blending equipment knowledge in accordance to SMB and ABB process manual, drum decanting, VII dissolving and understand other related processes such as filling line operations (small packs, drums and bulk filling).

5. Operate Oil Movement facilities: manually or using technology/automation, product movement, storage and loading process/systems, tankage arrangements; ensuring product quality, service levels/turnaround and safe impact to environment.

6. Work with Maintenance Supervisor/Operators to ensure Blending and Associated Equipment availability is maximized. Ensure application of 5S in the workplace. Report any potential incident and near miss through the proper channel.
