As an associate Business Analyst, you are expected to work with BA for delivering of Change Requests related testing under the guidance of key stakeholders and responsible for all the testing phases of the delivery process. You are responsible for design and execution of test cases for SAP-EHS processes and take part in business analysis activities which will include both project work and improvement enhancements. Finally, you will work alongside Project Managers, developers, and other BAs to provide IT solutions and support to meet business needs.

What’s the Role

The candidate should have SAP EHS Knowledge & Skills focused on the following areas:

  • SAP Product Safety & Stewardship, SAP EHS Reports

  • SAP EHS- WWI experience would be preferred.

  • Agile Project Experience.

  • Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and tools.

  • Integration with SAP SD

  • Basic Troubleshooting in ABAP would be added advantage.

Key responsibilities

  • Customizing and Custom Development in SAP EHS- Substance Master, Report template & Report Generation

  • Work closely with developers, support, offshore/onshore for various testing activities including test case / script writing, Clarification, data load etc.

  • Reviewing the test case/scripts for other team members and guiding them as well for test case writing & Script development.

  • Work closely with Product Managers, BA’s and CC Leads to ensure new capabilities and new business requirements are understood and implemented in new work items

  • Perform Prototyping in support of requirements definition or technical design questions

  • Resolve defects/issues during test cycles and post project go-live support

  • Create Run books and participate in Run book peer reviews

  • Participate in blueprint and design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholders

  • Prioritize, Manage & Deliver multiple tasks – meeting aligned timelines, with optimal quality and optimize customer satisfaction.

What we need from you

  • 3-6 Years of demonstrated Functional Configuration expertise in SAP, with experience in SAP EHS.

  • Good experience in SAP Product Safety, SDS reporting & WWI Template

  • Exposure to SAP ABAP is desirable

  • Delivery focused with doer/hands-on attitude

  • Skilled in requirements gathering and documenting from a technical solution perspective

  • Experience working on project(s) with IT/application and data components

  • Team player, has experience working in virtual teams

  • Excellent spoken & written language skills in English
