We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong Salesforce background and expertise in Shell LNG Marketing & Trading (SLMT) business operations (cargo freight), deal life cycle, and Endur integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. This role involves supporting stabilization efforts and project work, ensuring seamless delivery and optimal performance. What you’ll be doing

  • Leverage your experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs.

  • Configure Salesforce.com, including managing users, setting up complex security and sharing models, and creating reports and dashboards.

  • Develop and maintain custom integrations using Apex SOAP and REST web services.

  • Utilize advanced Salesforce development skills, including Apex, LWC, and Sales Cloud, to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stabilize existing systems and contribute to ongoing project work.

  • Apply extensive knowledge of Salesforce delivery processes to ensure successful end-to-end implementation.

  • Manage code base effectively using version control systems and adhere to best practices in software development.

What you bring

  • 9-12 years of total IT experience with hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Have knowledge of Shell LNG Marketing & Trading (SLMT) business specific to operations (cargo freight), deal life cycle and Endur integration.

  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration technologies.

  • Strong Salesforce.com configuration skills, including user management, security models, and reporting/dashboard creation.

  • Proven experience with Apex SOAP and REST web services for building custom integrations.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Salesforce solutions from concept to implementation.

  • Proficiency in version control systems and code base management.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
