Terminal Operation Supervisor

(1) Implement HSSE Goal Zero and operational excellence in the bulk fuel product receipt, storage management & maintenance, road transport delivery.

(2) Implement behavior further towards a truly pro-active HSSE culture, ensuring compliance with HSSE framework, standards and legal requirements

(3) Support to maintain appropriate standards and assurances process that covers PQ monitoring; Oil Gain-Loss monitoring; Maritime assurance; Hydrocarbon storage tank Management & maintenance; and Gantry operations.

(4) Support to ensure daily operational readiness of Shell Gresik Terminal and Road Transports liaising with Supply, Mobility, Fleet Solutions, Commercial Fuels B2B and other colleagues and to provide the right support to E2E process.

(5) Support Gresik Terminal Operations, in Management of Change & Permit to Work that is applicable to the operational scope.

(6) Focal point to initiate the activation of terminal emergency response plans arising out of any depot/terminal emergencies and/or road transport emergencies. Periodically involve in reviewing emergency response plans (including conduct exercises/drills) to ensure that activities at the depot/terminal and road transport operations are adequately covered.

(7) Focal point of Terminal Operation Administrations covering Jakarta & Gresik terminal monitor/tracks Opex actuals.

(8) Focal point to identify, implement, track and control opportunities of improvement changes to Gresik Road Transport daily activities.

(9) Back up Shore Officer for tanker loading/discharge at location including all stages of operation: Pre-Arrival Planning and Preparation, Arrival, Discharge and Post-Discharge that covering:

• Documentation associated with loading/discharging vessel.

• Coordinate the work of loading/discharge operation.

• Tanker reviews (including conducting reviews) and Marine reviews ensuring they are completed, and action items closed out.
