What is the role
Energy pricing has never been more relevant and exciting than it is today. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a motivated, passionate and dynamic team optimizing our Mobility fuels & EV pricing across DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
The Mobility Pricing Advisor Germany is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies at our dealer owned networks (Markenpartner) as well as motorway sites and truck ports. While integrated in the wider DACH team, the role offers a unique opportunity to shape the pricing strategy in those key segments.
The role has two components to it:
Daily business – optimizing the fuels performance for individual sites in scope (dealer owned networks, motorway sites, truck ports)
Reviewing, developing and optimizing pricing strategies and tactics
Daily operational pricing activities, analyses and reports on certain products/price trials
Ensure consistency in strategies between B2C and B2B Mobility
Work on specific initiatives, such as reviewing price strategies for product segments
Build and sustain effective and trustful working relations with the Mobility Sales team as a key enabler for success in the role. The Mobility Pricing Advisor Germany will participate regularly in sales/pricing meetings and site reviews to leverage local market knowledge and customer behaviors.
Drive forward strategic value adding initiatives that have the potential to grow our P&L. Examples may include building partnerships with external companies, developing price strategies for a specific segment (e.g. motorway), driving forward our data science agenda or participating in activities relating to New Energies
Lead small projects, initiatives or workstreams
Closely collaborate with surrounding teams, especially Fuels Marketing, Payment and Loyalty and Network, as well as cross-business, e.g. with our colleagues in supply chain
What we need from you
Strong commercial mindset
Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a requirement
Knowledge of the German Mobility market and/or fuels supply chain preferable
University degree in economics or related subject
Fluent in both German and English
Advanced analytical skills
Resilient in a highly volatile environment
Highly collaborative across organizational boundaries with strong communication skills
Proven track record in successful project management involving diverse groups of stakeholders
Decisive despite ambiguous and incomplete data
Ability to deal with a complex working environment
