Fixed Assets Analyst

Typically:
Fixed Assets Lead is accountable for fixed assets management, Accounting and Reporting.
Responsibilities include:

• Recording capitalization and disposals of fixed assets.

• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register, ensuring proper record keeping of all Company assets with updated location and physical tagging.

• Monitoring of CAPEX and ensuring all AUC's are capitalized in the proper accounting period and ensuring delayed AUC's are enquired and reported to adequate level of management.

• Timely follow ups for Asset capitalizations requests and supports from different stakeholders.

• Preparation of detailed disclosure of PPE for statutory reporting.

• Performing WBS settlements in system, keeping track of capex accruals based on Value of Work done.

• Develop robust reporting mechanism on SAP and Power BI tools to track acquisitions, disposals, depreciation & impairment and providing timely information to stakeholders.
