
Customer Success Specialist UK
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence? Join our Customer Operations team as a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) and play a key role in shaping the end-to-end journey of our customers across the Mobility business.
Your Purpose
As a Customer Success Specialist for UK, you’ll be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio, ensuring seamless support from contract setup to order fulfillment and payment. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, drive improvements, and deliver best-in-class service that reflects our core values of performance, discipline, and simplification.
What You’ll Do
Depending on business needs, your responsibilities may include:
Deal Management
Manage bids, tenders, contracts, and pricing
Ensure data integrity and compliance (e.g., trade, privacy, SDS)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively
Order to Cash
Oversee order management and credit processes
Handle disputes and ensure timely, accurate invoicing
Build strong, lasting customer relationships
Sales Support
Manage virtual customer relationships and portfolios
Support key sales processes and digital engagement
Digital Enablement
Drive digital adoption and automation
Use tools like chat, bots, and dashboards to enhance service
Contribute to platform improvements and data analysis
What You Bring
Experience in customer service, operations, or sales support
Strong collaboration and communication skills
A continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving ability
Digital fluency and comfort with data tools and platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a global virtual team
English Language Proficiency C1 is required
