Global CRM Lifecycle Lead (Customer Relationship Management)
We are recruiting for the role of Global CRM Lifecycle Lead to develop multi-market CRM communication strategies across Shell Global Mobility brands.
The role is responsible for supporting markets in optimising their CRM communications by developing new targeting audiences rules, personalised offers and creative modules; working alongside our global strategic agency,.
This is a specialist functional role within the Mobility Global Marketing Communication organisation, managing the following aspects:
Develop and optimise modular contact strategy “fit for purpose” across multiple markets aiming to build a long-lasting relationship with our customers and sustainable growth for Shell
Working with Tech and Data Strategy teams - to automate targeting modules in order to drive operational cost efficiency and more relevant communication for our customers
Responsible for creative process and requirements for CRM communications
Ensure consistent and engaging experience across paid and owned channels in order to extract more value for customers throughout engagement funnel
Owning CRM programme’s optimisation plan across multiple markets, analyse results and implement best practices
Management of Global CRM agency scope and day-by-day operation of strategic projects
Responsible for strategic projects’ budget and finances.
Support +24 markets across EMEA, APAC and Americas regions and multiples tech landscapes.
Very strong CRM (Customer Relationship Management) knowledge
Passion for customer data-driven insights
Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Able to communicate complex, technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Ability to effectively influence and communicate with all levels of management
Customer focused with demonstrated experience providing insight on customer behaviour
