At Shell, we believe in driving operational excellence while shaping the future of energy. Join our dynamic team and help us deliver on accuracy, innovation, and customer centricity in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.

Where You Fit In

- Process invoices efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with all controls and tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax)

- Monitor daily workflow, investigate discrepancies, and proactively resolve issues

- Collaborate with internal teams (CP Ops, CP Data, RA DS, and others) to enhance value across the S2P cycle

- Participate in key change initiatives—including migrations, digitalization, and process improvement projects

- Promote a high-performance, safety-first culture within the global finance community

- Support continuous improvement and exemplary user experience in AP

We offer:

Exposure to global finance operations and cross-functional collaboration

A platform to grow through innovation, digitalization, and transformation projects

A supportive culture that values continuous learning and professional development

The chance to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of finance at Shell We offer hybrid work arrangements.

Please note: This is a temporary role ending in December 2025—perfect for gaining deep, hands-on experience in a globally integrated finance environment.
