Talent Operations Advisor (Sr. Manager)
The Role
The purpose of the role is to act as a primary lead and senior advisor in implementing and supporting complex projects and business requirements as part of Talent Operations. The position will act as a subject matter expert across critical processes and activities in collaboration with different HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) teams, HR Operations, Process Architects, and local/global stakeholders.
The role will ensure achievement of the following outcomes:
Successful delivery of different HR projects and activities, as underpinned by the HR Operations priorities: Employee/Line Manager experience, Digitalization, Ops Excellence & CI, Compliance and Controls, Leadership, and Growth
Holistic end-to-end process integration across different HR Teams and proactive identification of Continuous Improvement opportunities
Excellent working relationships with the business and various stakeholders through effective engagement, collaborative problem-solving, and stakeholder management
Principal Accountabilities:
Act as HR Operations representative in Global HR Projects and working groups.
Design, develop, and implement solutions and tactical strategies, ensuring partnership with leaders and other relevant HR parties/stakeholders (Expertise, Business, Country, and Operations). Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within Talent, HR Operations and Business including Process Architect(s) and HRIT to ensure end-to-end process integration.
Act as Project Manager, with demonstrated commitment to quality standards and proactive identification of improvements, including:
Planning, tracking, executing improvement ideas
Monitoring benefits realised in initiatives and communicating outcome to key stakeholders and the HR community
Assess and build pipeline of future CI opportunities until implementation and benefits are fully realised.
Act as Process Expert, ensuring operational capability is developed, and that execution of processes are consistent with design, controls, data definitions, data privacy and data quality standards. Responsibility also includes ensuring stabilization of newly migrated processes and activities to HR Operations Manila.
Support the Business implementation and development of HR policies and subsequent processes and projects, sponsored by the HRE. Coordinate with a variety of colleagues across the organization to drive projects or offer change management support where needed (e.g. capability building, C&E, etc.)
Ensure compliance and controls by adherence to IRM, Data Privacy Regulations. Report all IRM and Data Privacy breaches. Perform process audits and controls where needed.
Actively participate as prime contact in internal, external and mutual benchmarking exercises.
Support the Process Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager in various centre-related activities

Scope: Global HR Operations and Projects
Team Size: This global role has no direct report but will have outcomes delivered through others through influence, indirect supervision, and leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the different HR Operations and HR organisations.
Client types include stakeholders of different seniority (Operations Managers to HR Executives, HR VPs, HR Leadership Team).
