The role of Global CRM Campaign Manager sits within the Central Brand & Comms Team, and plays a pivotal role of driving the digital and global digital marketing excellence agenda
The Global CRM Campaign Manager will lead delivery of our CRM journey in close co-operation with Sales & Marketing team, leveraging technology and automated Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to build a continuous communication process with our customer base. A strong lever of this is to drive account based marketing campaigns, where key audiences are closely targeted and engaged with relevant content, to turn into leads.

This is a dynamic and exciting role needing strong digital customer focus and development of integrated CRM activities. The role requires all disciplines of B2B automated marketing communication with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing techniques leveraged via digital and social media (LinkedIn) channels. The successful candidate will be highly capable in digital/social media communications , account based marketing campaigns and audience targeting techniques.

• Build and own global account-based and holistic digital marketing plan targeting C-Level and also other senior stakeholders within customers’ organization, working closely with regional field and regional marketing team to turn demand generation into actual acquisition/lead.
• Developing and executing measurable demand generation programs that drive pipeline for our sales teams using a variety of channels including webinars, email, web, account based, content, and digital marketing tactics.
• Working together with sales function to define customer segment and audience for Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy based on account classification, pipeline and revenue targets.
• Leverage digital marketing strategy across social media channel and multi-channels digital marketing plan to support ABM enabling reach across entire buying cycle increasing influencers and supporters within the account.
• Develop the right paid media plan in order to optimize and deliver the maximum business impact from account based marketing and targeted digital marketing tactics.
• Increase awareness and progress within target prospects and drive further engagement with strategic customers through a sound content and engagement strategy for all stages of the customer journey
• Seamless flow of leads from multi-channel campaigns into marketing automation systems and ensuring leads are routed to business development teams and/or sales teams directly to maximize and track pipeline generation, conversion and close
• Fully optimized strategy derived from evaluation of target audiences, demand generation engine performance, tested hypotheses, and analysis of conversion rates
• Work closely with different marketing teams (communications, external relations, media, brand and marketing delivery) and global agencies to orchestrate the digital marketing journey for our key stakeholders
• Establishing targets and metrics for marketing campaign reach and engagement and monitoring the results to ensure success and or required adjustment to strategy or tactics.

Experience and Qualifications required • You have a genuine passion for identifying targeted audiences and developing multi-channel campaigns that deliver the right message, to the right audience, at the right time. You’re data-driven, analytical, organized, and adaptable with changing priorities. You thrive in a global environment that deeply values collaboration, feedback, and learning.
• 10+ years' of experience as a marketing manager with some level of focus on digital marketing, including at least 5 years of managing ABM and/or digital strategy/programs
• Experience having pipeline responsibility and accountability from Sales and Customer Success stakeholders
• Experience driving and building strategy, developing multi channel and multi-touch programs based on account intelligence, mapping activity to personas and the customer journey, and driving clear enablement of cross-functional teams, at scale
• Experience driving increased demand and full funnel conversions to support pipeline generation and top line revenue targets
• Strong project, communication, and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Must be detail-oriented, metrics driven and be a very strong analytical thinker
• Solid mar-tech experience and hands on experience managing CRM, data visualization, and marketing automation systems (Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Marketo, SFDC, Engagio, GoToWebinar, Kapost, Confluence, Anaplan)
• Proven experience with holistic marketing campaign management, and executive level persona-based campaigns.
• Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from start to finish, including being a data-driven thinker who uses insights and analysis to guide strategies, experiment, learn and improve.
• Experience aligning cross functionally with regional sales and marketing teams, with the ability to present analysis and insights with clarity and confidence.
• Experience with closed-loop measurement and reporting for marketing campaigns.
• High standards of communication - both oral and written – and strong project management, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and with and develop positive business relationships across the company.
