Purpose
- Perform and manage the day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of dispatching pick-up and RT trucks.
- Perform the administrative activities of Distribution Operations, as needed and as assigned.
Accountabilities
- Ensure that all dispatching operations are fulfilled and all legal & fiscal documents are correctly created on time
- Make sure that all activities are carried in line with Shell Business Principles.
- Custodian of Dispatch Office Golden Rules.
- Maintain close business relationship with sales, customers and CSC.
- Find and propose solutions to operational problems timely and efficiently.
- Provide support to Customer Service Centre in order to handle Customer complaints timely and efficiently
- If needed, actively backup other dispatch officers (in the same office or other offices in different locations / cities)
- Ensure full compliance with ISO9001 Management Quality system and ISO27001 information security management systems.

- + 1 year experience in dispatch Operations
- Ability to manage customer relationships
- Able to work under stress with challenging daily deadlines.
- Priority setting in hectic operational environment.
- Turkish mother tongue is a prerequisite
- Strong problem-solving skills and the patience to preserve with difficult problems, conflicting priorities and hurdles emerging on ad hoc basis.
- Position can require some travel to dispatch offices throughout Turkey.
- Prepared to work day and night shifts
- Prepared to work long hours during peak periods (holidays, festivals) to ensure minimal disruption to the business
