
Production & Logistics Executive
What’s the role
As a Production & Logistics Executive, your purpose is to:
- Coordinate with Production, Planning & Logistic, and Quality team to plan,
- Implement operational support for Production Inventory data management,
- Keep track of logistics inbound/outbound vehicle scheduling and movement and,
- Monitor and identify production related consumables, responsible for end-to-end sourcing and delivery
What you’ll be doing
Your principal accountabilities will include:
- Provide direct supports to both Filling Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor regarding:
- Inventory stock count program management
- Inventory data consolidation and GSAP system uploads
- Vehicle movements including both inbound and outbound
- Preparation of authority/company required reports submissions, including but not limited to items about Waste, Energy, Training
- Production/logistics operation overtime scheduling/data verifications
- Deputy GSAP processing/administration supports in absence of Filling Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor
- Perform discussions and cadence with production, planning, logistic and quality team to plan and execute improvements items
- People program focal for production, such as HSSE, Festive, Recognition and other events where applicable
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisors
Key/ Special Challenges
- Skilled in multiple interfaces with various stakeholders, especially frontline contractors such as filling operators, forklift drivers
- Strong business acumen with cost effectiveness mindset
- Able to deliver in fast-paced and dynamic business environment, especially vehicles movements
- Able to identify best options for the company’s interests, with a minimum level of supervision, under lean Shell FTE resources
What you bring

- Strong communication skills across organization levels
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- At least 3 years relevant working experience and proven performance record in production inventory/logistics/contracts & procurement managements
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
- Well versed about SAP and general Inventory/Sourcing/Account Receivable & Payables modules
- Attention to details and highly organized
- Basic experience with production and logistics operations
- Basic experience with supply chain process management
- Willingness and proactiveness to dive further for process improvements
