Typically:
• Provides administrative support in handling specific queries and assists in information gathering (with respect to pricing).
• Supports internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales teams) and external stakeholders (dealers/customers) with specific information and query resolution.
• Handles complex tasks and patterned activities. Deals with a variety of unambiguous questions, checks correctness of data and adjusts with several sources of information within the business supported.
• Provides support using one or more different processes and systems.
• Works within well-defined and standardized procedures and practices and is supervised on progress and results by manager. Works autonomously within this defined scope with regular guidance from senior colleagues or own manager.
