Labels Analyst (Pre print Label Analyst)
Where do you fit in
As Labels Analyst, work on different type of labels in a particular region / for a particular business segment. Ensure all packed product SKUs in the personal scope have a label available for use which meets the requirements of Shell Product Management, Shell Marketing and also meets the legal and fiscal requirements of the countries of sale for that product. The candidate will join the PLM EMEA Labels team, delivering on projects that have impacts on Shell results.
What's the role
- Prepare and provide label content for Shell products that meets the requirements of Product management,
Marketing and legal/fiscal rules for all countries. Manage the label changes as projects.
- Work with multiple stakeholders effectively including 3rd party service providers
- Support the other label Analyst in responding to label related HSSE / Legal / Regulatory issues.
- Support alignment with Production Artist in printing / packaging standards
- Maintain personal relationships with relevant Materials Planning for effective coordination of new labels introduction and label change priorities implementation an also with PLM Project Coordinator for new product introductions.
- Support large regional label change projects due to portfolio or regulatory changes.
Dimensions:
- All countries within EMEA.
- No direct reports
- Label production at Shell LOBPs and 3rd party blenders.
- HSE requirements for Shell direct market as well as macro-distributor markets
- HSSE / Legal / Regulatory issues throughout all countries in the scope of all brands.
- Alignment with printing / packaging standards, coordinated with Global Packaging and Labels
- Ability to manage several projects and items in parallel to high standards of quality.
- Ability to work virtually, independently, and effectively with peers in LSC and other functional areas.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in printing environment or Marketing
- Strong working experience in GSAP, WWI (Windows Wordprocessor Integration) and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Awareness
- Process and detail oriented
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, GSAP, Acrobat Adobe
- Capable to perform automation features within Microsoft environment (Visual Basic, Power Apps, Azure…)
- Experience in working virtually
- Cross-cultural management will be an advantage.
